Automation Server Can't Create Object

That's the rror message I receive when trying to access User Accounts in Control Panel of Windows XP Pro. Is there a way to fix this problem? I have installed all the VBRuntimes and MSXML 3 but to no avail. I ran SFC /scannow but nothing seems to work. I am logged on as Admin. Any help is appreciated of course. TIA

if it weren't for flashbacks I'd have no memory at all
