I have posted one thread here before about multiple videos being played in flash at the same time. Well now that I know that flash is capable of such an action, I have a second technical question.

If I am constantly downloading new videos from the web to a specified directory on my home machine, and I want the most recent 15 videos to be the ones displayed in my multiple video viewer that I am creating, can flash/actionscript do that update on its own, or do I have to do some serious external programming? By the way, all the videos will be in .flv form. Also, this is not a web app, it is a stand alone flash app.

Thanks in Advance
