Automation of Notes R5 client installation

The company I work for uses Novell Delivered Applications. Certain installations are done remotely, however the user must be logged in to our network. I am not sure of Lotus Notes because you have files specific to your desktop and no one elses, ie. personal address book, id file and desktop5.dsk. Automating the installation such as this would only give a shell and then it would have to be configured for the user anyway.
