I am looking for suggestions on Automating a Customers Holiday Schedule for the Entire Year. My main question is what is the best way to accomplish special Holiday Hours?
I have set up a condition so that say, if its new years, play the new years greeting and then check the holiday hours. With a Calendar, I can specify specific dates. With a Week Planner, I can specify Specific days and times. Can i use both on a condition? Is there a better way?
