Automation Error

I developed an application using VB6. There's this one user who complains that an error, AUTOMATION ERROR to be exact, appeared on her computer. of all my users, she's the only one who receives that kind of error message. Would anyone here know how to determine what causes such error? thanks a lot!

I suspect that the VB app uses some components (OCXs) or references (DLLs), and that they are missing on her machine.

One way to check that is to use Visual Installer (search MSDN website) and create an installation package for your EXE. It will generate an MSI file that will have all pre-reqs for the EXE to run. Then, run the MSI on the affected users machine and see if the EXE runs afterwards.
