I am having trouble with an accpac error "automation error" while printing statements. The statments did not complete originally and when I got into Statements / Letters / Labels it says "You have unfinished statements. Do you want to finish them now?" I click yes then the reprint form shows with print option being "Incomplete Statement Run",
use statement is "ARSTMT10.RPT", Delivery method is "Print Destination". The statment dates are disabled. I then click print. After clicking print it will as me if the statments printed successfully, I click yes. This is when I get the automation error "Error code -2147467259 Autometion error Unspecified error". When I click ok it bring me back to the reprint form. If I close the reprint form accpac will display the A/R / Letters / Labels Form. I have tried print from the form and get the same results. Thanks

Turn on DBSPY, too, you'll get more messages.

Actually I did and found the problem. We have a trigger on the ARCUS table that populates a table for custom cash discounts that our company gives our customers. The table that the trigger referenced was removed and caused SQL to error. Accpac presented the error as the table ARCUS can not be found and automation error depending on the function that they where trying to run. I discovered the error when I tried to run last query from the DBSpy in SQL Server Manager, it was then that the trigger error was raised. I simply fixed the trigger, and ran the processes without error. Thanks alot for your help and all your very helpful postings!
