I have a form on my database that is producing the following error:

"The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error:
Automation error
Unable to impersonate DCOM client"

This happens whenever I click on ANY command button on my form. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

It could be that your code has become corrupted. You could try pasting the code into a new .mdb and start over. I've also run into this error when opening a file in Access XP that was created in 2000. If this is the case use the conversion wizard under tools. You might also want to try downloading the latest service pack from Microsoft. There seems to have been bugs in service pack1 that sometimes causes funky errors like this. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for replying. I forgot to add that this is in a NT environment, with MS Access 97, so a patch wouldn't still be available, would it??

The Form had worked fine before, but a user changed some info on some of the queries, and then the problems began.

If you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate them. Otherwise, I may start over.

Thanks again!
