Background:
- Users open a template which displays a userform.
- After users have entered the information, the value of 1 of the fields is used as a vlookup in an excel file.
- The result of the vlookup is inserted into the word document and printed out.
- The document is closed and the template is started again (if I just clear the userform the Tab and Enter key stop working as if TabKeyEnabled has been set to True!)
Problem:
This all works fine if the template and the Excel file are stored locally, but as I have 8 people using this template, I need it to be saved on a networked drive. When the macro attempts to reopen the template the following error appears - "Run-time error '-2147417848 (800010108)' Automation Error. The object invoked has disconnected from its clients."
Does anyone know why this is happening?
