Automation Error -2147417848

Hi, I am getting automation error -2147417848 method 'Action' of object 'CrystalCtrl' failed when I try to generate my report using the Action property of the control.
CyrstalReport1.Action = 1

I only get this message on my first attempt to generate the report when I open the project.
Steps taken the generate error:
1) Open the VB project
2) Run with Full compile
3) I get the error
4) I stop the app from running
5) Then, I run it again and it works fine

In the report desinger under the Database menu, 'Verify on Every Print' is NOT checked. Does anyone have any ideas??????

HlpPlease: You'll find you will get more response to VB/CR issues if you post them in future in the Integrate/Distribute forum of Crystal Decisions. Are you using Access 2000 - if so then check you have the latest drivers as this sounds like a driver error problem David C. Monks
