automating server change in Data Sources (ODBC)

Hi all,

I am moving databases from one server to another and I need to change the Server in all my SQL Server Data Sources on the client end. Is there any way to automate this process or do I have to go into Administrative Tools >> Data Sources(ODBC) and open each data source and change the server manually?
