Automating Report Sending

Hi,
I am automating report emailing at my company. I am using the ideas in thread703-539204. I'm having trouble with Outlook. It verifies the Profile which is %username%, then it says there is a program automatically sending a report on my behalf is this okay? If anyone knows how to bypass these questions it would be greatly appreciated?

The asking for an OK is an Outlook 2000 security update:
