Automating "Temporary Internet Files" deletion

Is there a setting that would cause Temporary Internet Files to be deleted when the browser was closed or when a user logs off?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Click on Tools/Internet Options.
Under the Advanced Tab at the top, scroll down to Security.
Check the boxes "Empty Temporary Internet Files when browser is closed" and "Do not save Encrypted Files to disk" (for added security).
