Automating Microsoft FAX on SmallBuisness Server

Has anyone done or can you pass the Name, FAX number and an attachment to the the FAX program in Windows NT Server particularly the Small buisness Server 4.5.<br>
Or pass other parameters such as Subject...<br>

We have to FAX a response back to a distributor which has information on it.<br>
<br>
Curently we are using MS Word which is time consuming.<br>
<br>
Or I could make a template or Cover that looks just like our standard fax sheet.<br>
