Automating ISDN 30 Interface shutdown

I need to find a way to automate the procedure of enabling the ISDN 30 interface in the morning and shutting it down again at the end of the day to make sure the 8 trusted domain sites and the ISP are not able to bring the ISDN line up out of office hours.

Access lists do not cater for the fact that workstations are left on and e-mail scheduling etc... may be running all night.

Hi.
Maybe access-lists cater. You can ban and allow exactly when and traffic that you need with extended access-lists.
