Automating Export/Import

Can anybody tell me how I can automate the exporting or importing of table information from one database to another. I would like it to automatically do this at a specified date (in the code or otherwise). My basic idea is that I could create a macro to do the moving of data, but I need to make it work on a specific date.

The only way I know of would be to code it in. Have it check the date whenever the db is opened, then execute the macro if it's that day. Obviously, this only works if someone actually opens the db that day. You could also find an alarm program or some scheduler that will open the db on that day.
