Automating Excel from C#

I am attempting to automate a spreadsheet from C#.
I need to send the RANDBETWEEN formula to the spreadsheet, however, the Analysis toolpack needs to be registered in Excel. Is there a way to install this addin directly to the spreadsheet when the instance of Excel is created? Could someone please point me in the right direction?
