Automating email delivery of reports?

Anyone try to setup some way to have reports automatically emailed to someone? We're on SCCS 4.0/4.2 - I don't THINK there's anything built into the client to be able to do this. Wondering if anyone has rigged up some other way of doing it. If it IS built in the client, all the better, but I must be missing it.
