Automating changes to Secure Remote sites

Hi All,
We have changed ISP and hence our IP range.. I need to update the site address on clients SecuRemote software to take into account of this... I understand it's in the User.C file but I guess somehow I need to turn off SecuRemote, update the User.C and reactivate.. does anyone know how to do this with a script command?
Or should I be doing this another way?
