Automating Backup

Hi,
I am automating our full backup. I have come up with a few ideas such as calling a CL (which would ENDSBS and then submit backup jobs then PWRDWNSYS) on the command line then leaving for the day. Another idea was to add a backupjob to the QStartup then scheduling an IPL. Any ideas out there would be appreciated.

If you are going to automate the backup do it before powering down. If you power down and then the machine does not come back up your're, well guess! Always back up the machine before powering down. We may not live in Bill's world but don't take the chance. --------------------------------
