Automating ATZ????

I am not sure of the forum that this question needs to be posted but I am still going to go ahead and do this.
I have a situation where I need to pick up files from a customer.Right now I am going in everyday typing the atz command for my modem and clicking a batch file that executes the functionality of picking it up.I would like to know if there is any way i can automate this process.i.e If I schedule a job it types in the atz,on Ok it then calls the batch file.
