Automating Address Book LDAP Account creation

Lotus Notes 5.0.11

I'm trying to automate (via an emailed button or similar) an addition to the "Accounts" section in the advanced settings, specifying all of the values for the Basics, Protocol Configuration, and Advanced tabs and have no idea where to start.
