Automaticly Enter Field Data with help from another

In northwind there is an example of automatic field filing where you select the Customer name and thier address fills in automaticly.

I want to do this but dont know how. However with a twist.

I have Staff name and I need it to fill in there department. In a table called Staff is there name and the departments they work for can be chosen using tick boxes, some people work for more than 1 department.

I need a combo box for department which I can do but drops down the results.

Any help would be appricated!

If all the data is in a table, Create a form bound to that table.
Then.. Place a combobox on the form from the toolbar. follow the wizard by selecting the third option..
Find a record based on my....
If the data is in different tables, first you have to create a query including all the fields required then start creating a form.....
