automatically update on the line items when revising a requested ship

I have 2 installations of GP 9.0 one site will update the line items in a Sales order when you change the requested ship date but the other company will not ask if you want to roll down the change to the Line items i have looked at both companys seems everything is set up the same can someone tell me where or what to change to make it update the line items in an order when revising a requested ship date. Thanks
