Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to implement the following scenario with Elite CC:
- Caller calls e.x. 5055
- Caller receives normal ringtone, then music
- Vector ->
o Waiting 2 sec hearing ringback
o Queue-to skill 1st prio m
o Waiting 30 sec hearing music
o Busy
o Stop
- Caller is connected to the agent and speak with him
- After the Agent hang-up the caller is redirected automatically to another vdn
- Caller is now in different vdn
So in conclusion I just need to know if it is possible to automatically transfer an active call after the agent has hung up.
