Automatically Sync IE and Firefox bookmarks/favorites?

Is there any program that can be used to automatically sycn IE and firefox bookmarks/favorites?

I use the "PlainOldFavorites" extension for Firefox. It gives you your IE favourites as a new menu (just like in IE) and thus they don't need to be synched - as they are the same thing.

It's really good, IMHO.

I did find an extension for firefox called favoritesync which seems to work.

Nice... Although with PlainOldFavorites, you don't need to sync, as the Favorites menu in Firefox is the IE one - just embeded in Fx.
