Automatically scheduling disk defragment

Hello all.
I am trying to schedule a weekly auto-defrag in Win XP through the scheduled tasks program. The task works great, it opens up the disk defragmenter. The problem its having now is, its not automatically running the defragment process! I am trying to auto-schedule it for about 60 users who I don't want to have to click "Start" to get them to defrag their PCs. I hope to catch most of them out of the their office.

I'd be careful about that: you may force the defrag while users are working.
