automatically refresh inbox

hi all

i'm running domino server 6.5.1 and notes 6.5.1 and i've never been able to get the auto refresh inbox to work

any ideas why or is it a bug in this release?

Hello,

What template are you running on your mail DB's? I have seen this issue in R6.3 when Admins failed to use "convert" to upgrade from R5. They used "Replace Design" instead.

pretty sure i used the replace design and not the convert command

i'm also using the inotes6 template

Try using the convert task from the Domino console. The Admin Help explains the switches and syntax.

i ran the following command from the domino console and it made no difference...

load convert mail\mailfilename.nsf * inotes6.ntf

I am having the same problem. I convert the mail file and all is ok. Then the next day the problem exists again. Did any of you resolve this?
