I'm working on creating forms that will be used for confidential information (medical records.)
Here's what I want:
A form with fields that will be filled out. The document will be saved on a central server. Doctors & staff will download the document, fill out the fields, and print the document.
But I need 100% security to prevent anyone from accidentally/intentionally saving the form with any information filled out.
I know that I can put a password on the form so that it can't be SAVED, but anyone can still fill out the form and then use SAVE AS to save it with a different name.
This won't work.
What I was thinking was: perhaps a script that could automatically redact every field if the form is ever saved/saved as?
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
