Hi,
in my web application i need to print a report.
All works fine if a show the print preview with adobe acrobat and then select the printer.
The problem ,now, is that my customer want to send automatically the report on a printer without any preview. When the default printer is a network printer all works fine, but when the printer is a shared one.... nothing happens.

What can i do?

you could try using the printers IP address instead of the name. I'm not sure how to exactly do this but it would appear that you would have to hard code the shared printer into your code and send the report directly to that printer. That's why it works using the default printer because the print command using the default printer to send print jobs to.

try searching google for some answers.
