Automatically ploting Many to One relationship

Hi Friends,

I have to make some more than 100 technical relationship diagram.
I recently found a very good article

But I have stuck in this problem.
I have to make around 100 charts, the data is in excel. The relationship in the data is complex as it has many to one relationship also.i.e. a child could have more than 1 parent and parent also can be related with more number.

This is a technical map that I have to make.

Could anyone please help me , if visio can handle this kind of relationship and make diagrams automatically?
