When I erase a "new" message , the callpilot automatically starts to play my next new message or my saved messages.Is there a way you can just be prompted to play the saved messages (or next new one).I have a bcm 2.5 and callpilot software.I didn't used to have this happen and since I restarted (reloaded) the voicemail to reprogram ,this problem has become apparent.I would apprciate any input-thanks

I have seen that on other vm systems but when I looked for it on the call pilot i didnt find it. it was a feature used for someone with a cell phone (I think it was auto play) then you didn't have to go digging around for the buttons just listen to the messages as they stream.
try looking at the system and cos config's in the vm manager for anything with the word auto or play in it.
