Automatically Log Out Employees

Hey Micros gurus, I am in need of a SIM command to automatically log off any employee from a specific workstation after 50 seconds of inactivity.

I have attempted to enable this through the interface but it appears the Enable Employee Auto Signout has a dependency on being a pop up employee. We do not use the pop up employee config.

Is this possible?

Not sure how to do this in a sim, but why not just do it through workstation options?

You can enable auto sign-out and set the delay time for each workstation.

Hey JD, thanks for the follow-up. I looked into the auto sign-out system option but unfortunately they have a dependency on employees being cofigured as pop up. In our environment, quick serve, our employees are not conigued as popups.

Luckily, we found a suitable workaround from an operations standpoint.
