automatically insert 9 into dialing out of MS Outlook plugin? 1

Does anyone know if or how we can insert the 9 for a user that is using the MS Outlook plugin for One-X Portal? I know you can edit each contact from the plugin to add the 9, but not practical for my environment. Running version 8 IP Office, Windows XP and Outlook 2003.

Or you can use the extremely ugly method of adding a 91 prefix to the line.
