I have a hyperlink in an access database that takes my partnumber and goes to an outside website to get more information.

" & NIIN

My Problem is you still need to press enter after this page loads to get the data and I wanted to be able to automatically do this in the hyperlink. Is there something I can type into the end of the hyperlink basically as a substitute for the enter key?

How about just changing the page code so that automatically does the work if all the required input is present in the QueryString?

ASP is for server-side scripting but pressing a key is a client-side affair.

Okay I think this is the problem I am having....I have a link to a website that nees to see were I am coming from in order to view it.

Here it is

Once I click on this link it directs me to another page(But First I get a security alert) where I can input my query

Now with this page I can enter the part I am searching for by

This last number comes from my database and could be any 9 digit # that is in my DB. I am trying to figure out a way to automate this process if I go straight to the last link, I have to log in (Which I dont have the password for) Is there anyway to go to one link then the next?

no...you need to go to the final link directly...

for that i guess you need a login...if you do not have the login then i am afraid you can get the information from that link...

also make sure for the site owners that you can do this kind of stuff from an external application without their notice...
