Automatically Going To Aux Work

After an ACD call, I have users who go into AuxWork instead of AfterCall The users have to manually go to Auto In after each call. They all tried logging out and back in, with the same results. This system is Dual S8720's running CM 3.1.5 and will be upgraded to CM 5.2 on Dual S8730's next week. Let me know if you have any ideas on the Aux Work issues.

On the hunt group associated with your ACD group (page 2) set ACW interval to 1 second. Should fix your issue.

Are you sure their phone is programmed with an AUTO-IN button vs a MANUAL-IN button? MANUAL-IN works exactly as you describe.

The phones are set to icom for the Auto Answer feature. This is the way the end users wants it.

We upgraded this system to 5.2.1, and the issue has magically cleared up!
