Automatically downloading ActiveX, for browser who don't support it

All,

I have a VB program which I enabled to work through the web by activex. I want to know what is the best activex software that should be downloaded for those who are unable to view activex. Also how to program it so that the activex will automatically be downloaded?

Please tell me the address link of where I can download this.
