I want an user account to be automatically disabled if that user does not log in for a month. Is there such a feature in Win2k Server, or a third party utility that can do this?

Thanks for any input.

if you set that users have to change there pw every 30 days it will automatically be disabled after 30 days if its not changed i think ...correct me if i'm wrong anyone

That option does not disable the account unfortunately, it only notifies the user that their password has expired and they need to specify a new one. The user can still log in after the password has been change successfully. I want the account to be disabled, or locked out. The user must not be able to login at all.
