'Automatically detect settings' checkbox keeps getting checked.

The 'Automatically detect settings' checkbox within the IE Internet Options >> Connections >>LAN Settings... keeps getting checked. Any idea where to look to see if this is being set by some local policy on the laptop, or a registry setting somewhere?

Can't see it mentioned in this article, but I would guess if it was anywhere it would be somewhere around these Keys.
