Automatically choose sending account

Is it possible to have Outlook choose the email account to be used when sending a message. The sending account would be selected for example, by the recipent address. In other words, can a rule be created to choose a sending account based on recipent address?

So you mean if userA to sends something to userB but use userC's address?

Outlook will use the account that it received the message on when replying or forwarding. Anything else will be manual.

If I were to create a new message and chose a recipient address to send to. I would like outlook to choose the sending account based on the recipent address i chose to send to.

It's going to use whatever account is set to the default. That's by design, and can't be natively changed.
