Automatically Call another URL after 10 seconds

Thanks for looking an reading.

I want to display a web page then after seconds call another webpage and then keep looping between the 2.

This app is for a display on a plasma screen

HTML would be great but if not then ASP.

Any advice or help will be welcomed.
