Automatically append /index.html

I have directory browsing disabled. If I provide a link to my clients, how I can I setup iis so that it automatically appends /index.html to the link? For example:

http://webserv.mydomain.com

will be sent to client and

http://webserv.mydomain.com/index.html

will appear in their browser.

In the IIS admin tool, right click on the site and click properties. Documents tab. Add index.html to the list.
