Automatically adding parameters from a table.

I tried searching to see if this topic was already covered but was unable to find it.

My issue is that for one of my parameters I want to have a choice list generated from a table in the database. When a change is added to the table it has to be manually readded to the "Default Values" list box from the choice list box. I don't want to have to manually make this change and send the report out to hundreds of users everytime a new entry is added to the database.

Are there any programatic or other work arounds?
