automatic UPGRADE VCRM

Hi

I want to use the VCRM option of 7.2 SP2 release

on my agent I can see that tere is a new relase of the agent.
the package is present in the directoy c:`repository on my insight server
But when I want to force an upgrade I have a problem of authenetification

HTTP error 401 on the agenty side

login access error on the Http server side

any ideas
