Automatic Updates 1

Hello I have a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition which is a Domain Controller for my network that consists of Win Xp PRO and Win 2K Computers. As of now my client computers are configured to automatically donwload all critical upadtes from the Microsoft Update Website however it makes no sense for each computer to download the same updates using up bandwidth. I was thinking that maybe there is a way for one single computer ( the server perhaps?) to download all updates and then all the rest of the computers to get the updates from that server/computer....can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank You
