Automatic update tab shows up but I can not make any changes. It is greyed out. I have a primary Server 2003 that has the automatic up feature greyed out. I found the group policy setting on the domain controller and changed it to not configure with a reboot but it is still greyed out to the first option and download updates and install them which I am trying to change that option but it is greyed with admin privledges. I also have 3 member servers where the automatic updates are greyed out and can not be changed. Does anyone know why the option is greyed out under the administrator account? Any help would be appreciated.

That means a GPO is setting those settings. You need to figure from where. If it's the policy you just changed, then it hasn't updated yet on those servers.
