Automatic Update of Import Picklist for a Parameter

Can anyone help me. I am trying to find a way to automatically update a picklist in version 8.5 of Crystal reports.

I have, so far, created a schedules job on the SQL box to allow the data to be written to a text file, this runs every hour, however it does not update the report when a user is viewing, rather they have to re import the picklist.

I remeber in Info that you could schedule a picklist and it all worked OK...

Please let me know if you can help as this is driving me crazy.
