I created a new stationary in Outlook 2000 with my company's logo and signature in the body. Is there a way to have a timestamp on the body everytime I write a new email with that stationary? I know you can insert the date/time by "Insert" menu then "Date and Time" but is there a way to automatically insert it?

What you can do is Use Word as the advanced editor...
so when you are creating the signature, click on Advanced Edit, and that will open Word, what you can do from there is go to Insert->Timestamp and that will create a date of when the page was updated (created in this case) when you have done that, just hit save and then close it to return to Outlook, now when you create a mail, (using that signature as default) it will insert the sig with the current date... Thank you for your response.

I tried it but no luck.
It inserted the date/time of when I edited in Advanced Edit. I didn't see a way to update the date/time. Janny
