automatic table generation

I'd like to create an automatic table with Date

like this

Date
1 June 2004
1 May 2004
1 April 2004
1 March 2004
...
..
until
1 July 2004


this when the date in in the June month

in July the table should start from 1 july 2004

to 1 August 2004

Until now i create the table manualy
but it should be possible to have it with an automatic formula

Could you help me?

i have create a query based on a column [Number]

and here is my formula

Expr1: Now()-30*[Table1]![number]

Easy one !!
