automatic startup

hi all,

I have a vm workstation 7 with windows 7 like host.

i would like to know i theres any way to automatic startup for one of the vm running on my workstation.

I think you're going to have to get VMware Server to do what you need.

Just add this to your Windows startup

Starting a virtual machine with Workstation on a Windows host
vmrun -T ws start "c:\my VMs\myVM.vmx"



Keep in mind, this will greatly slow down your hosts startup.

ESX Server would do better unless you are just running workstations.
