Anyone here know how to get Windows XP to shutdown automatically like 98, etc... It gets to the "It is now safe to turn off your computer", but doesn't auto powerdown... any suggestions???

Thanks

Sounds like and ACPI driver problem. You may want to download your latest motherboard chipset drivers in case XP decided to replace those with "microsoft digitally signed" versions that don't work.
